The portfolio of our Bioinformatics training courses includes different subjects: Linux and command line mastering, NGS data quality control, de novo assembly, sequence annotation, BLAST mastering and variants detection by mapping.
Our training in Targeted Metagenomics focuses on the analytical approach for the high-throughput study of microbial communities (from sampling to bioinformatics data processing).
Three sessions are scheduled during the year 2020:
- from 17 to 24 March 2020
- from 9 to 16 June 2020
- from 6 to 13 October 2020
