Cette \u00e9tude met en lumi\u00e8re la propagation de souches de tuberculose r\u00e9sistantes aux antibiotiques de premi\u00e8re ligne, non d\u00e9tect\u00e9es par les tests utilis\u00e9s internationalement. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Avec 10 millions de nouveaux cas par an, et 1,6 millions de morts en 2017, la tuberculose est la maladie infectieuse qui entra\u00eene le plus de d\u00e9c\u00e8s dans le monde. Le nombre de nouveaux cas de tuberculose multir\u00e9sistante apparaissant chaque ann\u00e9e (estim\u00e9 \u00e0 450 000 nouveaux cas en 2017) est un probl\u00e8me mondial de sant\u00e9 publique.<\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en Afrique australe, codirig\u00e9e par le Dr P. SUPPLY (CNRS\/CHU\/INSERM\/Universit\u00e9 de Lille\/Institut Pasteur de Lille), le Dr B. de JONG (Institut de M\u00e9decine Tropicale d\u2019Anvers) et le Dr E.
