Certaines sont responsables de la <strong>brucellose<\/strong>, une maladie potentiellement mortelle chez l&rsquo;homme et l&rsquo;animal. En revanche, les esp\u00e8ces d&rsquo;<em>Ochrobactrum<\/em> sont couramment pr\u00e9sentes dans l&rsquo;environnement, sont moins pathog\u00e8nes et n\u00e9cessitent une approche th\u00e9rapeutique diff\u00e9rente pour une \u00e9radication r\u00e9ussie<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La solution de typage <strong>Brucella MLVA-16<\/strong> constitue un outil pr\u00e9cieux pour identifier et distinguer avec pr\u00e9cision les esp\u00e8ces des genres <em>Brucella<\/em> et <em>Ochrobactrum<\/em>. Ce test permet de suivre et de g\u00e9rer efficacement les infections caus\u00e9es par ces organismes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-04478499 wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\" style=\"margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:20px\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-elementor-28-fc-130-color has-elementor-primary-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.genoscreen.fr\/services-genomiques\/demander-un-devis-analyse-genomique\" style=\"border-top-left-radius:0px;border-top-right-radius:0px;border-bottom-left-radius:0px;border-bottom-right-radius:0px\">Demander un devis<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principe de la solution Brucella MLVA-16<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La solution de typage <strong>Brucella MLVA-16<\/strong> mesure la longueur de 16 loci g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques avec un nombre variable de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions en tandem (VNTR) pour effectuer une <strong>analyse VNTR de loci multiples<\/strong> (MLVA) et attribuer \u00e0 chaque r\u00e9sultat un code num\u00e9rique MLVA sp\u00e9cifique aux esp\u00e8ces\/souches de <em>Brucella<\/em> ou d&rsquo;<em>Ochrobactrum<\/em><sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La solution de typage <strong>Brucella MLVA-16<\/strong> est disponible sous forme de service et de kit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le kit contient 4 m\u00e9langes <strong>PCR<\/strong> avec des amorces marqu\u00e9es au fluorochrome, chacune amplifiant 4 VNTR (16 VNTR au total) \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un extrait d&rsquo;<strong>ADN<\/strong> purifi\u00e9. Un contr\u00f4le positif est inclus dans le kit pour garantir la qualit\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats obtenus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le profil <strong>MLVA<\/strong> peut \u00eatre compar\u00e9 \u00e0 une base de donn\u00e9es permettant l&rsquo;identification et le suivi des souches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La taille des fragments est convertie de mani\u00e8re bio-informatique en une succession du nombres de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions pour chaque VNTR, d\u00e9finissant un code num\u00e9rique MLVA sp\u00e9cifique aux esp\u00e8ces\/souches de <em>Brucella<\/em> ou d&rsquo;<em>Ochrobactrum<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les produits PCR migrent sur un s\u00e9quenceur capillaire pour la d\u00e9termination de la taille des fragments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La brucellose, un d\u00e9fi \u00ab&nbsp;One health&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>brucellose<\/strong> (ou <strong>fi\u00e8vre de Malte<\/strong>) est l&rsquo;une des maladies animales transmissibles \u00e0 l&rsquo;homme les plus r\u00e9pandues (zoonose) et la premi\u00e8re cause de contamination dans les laboratoires. La <strong>bact\u00e9rie<\/strong> est transmise \u00e0 l&rsquo;homme par contact direct avec des animaux infect\u00e9s, par ingestion de produits animaux contamin\u00e9s ou par inhalation d&rsquo;a\u00e9rosols<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La brucellose animale a un \u00e9norme impact, affectant tous les mammif\u00e8res, avec des cons\u00e9quences notables chez les bovins, les ovins et les caprins. Dans le secteur agricole, la maladie entra\u00eene souvent des probl\u00e8mes tels que des avortements, la st\u00e9rilit\u00e9, une r\u00e9duction de la production de lait, ce qui se traduit par une baisse de la productivit\u00e9 et des pertes \u00e9conomiques importantes pour les \u00e9leveurs<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La brucellose humaine, quant \u00e0 elle, constitue un r\u00e9el probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 publique. Elle se manifeste par des sympt\u00f4mes grippaux s\u00e9v\u00e8res et durables qui peuvent, dans certains cas, \u00e9voluer vers des formes chroniques. Ces formes peuvent entra\u00eener diverses complications, notamment des probl\u00e8mes articulaires, des affections cardiaques, des sympt\u00f4mes neurologiques, etc.<sup>3<\/sup> En 2023, l&rsquo;incidence de la brucellose humaine est aujourd&rsquo;hui estim\u00e9e \u00e0 plus de 1,6 &#8211; 2,1 millions de cas par an<sup>5<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contrairement aux pays \u00e0 revenu \u00e9lev\u00e9 o\u00f9 des politiques efficaces de \u00ab\u00a0test et abattage\u00a0\u00bb ont presque \u00e9limin\u00e9 la brucellose dans les troupeaux infect\u00e9s, les pays \u00e0 revenu faible et moyen continuent \u00e0 se d\u00e9battre avec le fardeau de cette maladie. En outre, les migrations mondiales croissantes des hommes et des animaux, ainsi que les interactions plus fr\u00e9quentes entre eux, ont augment\u00e9 le risque d&rsquo;infections par <em>Brucella<\/em>.
