Il permet de g\u00e9notyper la souche en d\u00e9nombrant les copies de VNTR pr\u00e9sentes dans 24 loci identifi\u00e9s. Les <strong>loci VNTR<\/strong> cibl\u00e9s sont amplifi\u00e9s par PCR avec un jeu d\u2019amorces sp\u00e9cifiques des r\u00e9gions flanquantes de chaque locus. Les fragments ainsi obtenus sont \u00e9tudi\u00e9s par \u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se capillaire.
