La <strong>d\u00e9tection de mutations<\/strong> et la <strong>comparaison de g\u00e9nomes complets<\/strong> permet de d\u00e9passer le stade de l\u2019observation <strong>g\u00e9nomique<\/strong>, pour donner un sens aux donn\u00e9es de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.genoscreen.fr\/fr\/services-genomiques\/sequencage-sanger-ngs\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"107\"><strong>s\u00e9quen\u00e7age<\/strong><\/a>, pour faire progresser vos recherches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Applications de la comparaison de g\u00e9nomes et de la d\u00e9tection des mutations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019analyse compar\u00e9e des <strong>g\u00e9nomes<\/strong> et la <strong>d\u00e9tection de mutations<\/strong> sont mobilis\u00e9es pour rep\u00e9rer les g\u00e8nes et les mutations d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat, par rapport \u00e0 un ph\u00e9notype mol\u00e9culaire ou cellulaire : antibior\u00e9sistance, action enzymatique, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces deux approches permettent, par exemple, de mettre en place de nouveaux crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection g\u00e9nomique pour l\u2019agriculture, de rep\u00e9rer des cibles th\u00e9rapeutiques, de s\u00e9lectionner des souches sp\u00e9cifiques, de d\u00e9couvrir de nouveaux biomarqueurs, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019offre GenoScreen &#8211; D\u00e9tection de mutation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La d\u00e9tection de mutations (SNP ou INDEL) est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par comparaison de s\u00e9quences proches (ex : g\u00e9nomes\/transcriptomes de deux organismes appartenant \u00e0 la m\u00eame esp\u00e8ce) afin de rep\u00e9rer des mutations d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette comparaison passe par un mapping des s\u00e9quences obtenues sur une s\u00e9quence de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.
