{"id":100,"date":"2016-05-30T16:21:03","date_gmt":"2016-05-30T14:21:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.genoscreen.fr\/assemblage-reconstituer-fidelement-les-donnees-genomiques\/"},"modified":"2026-06-07T17:43:58","modified_gmt":"2026-06-07T15:43:58","slug":"assemblage","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.genoscreen.fr\/fr\/services-genomiques\/assemblage\/","title":{"rendered":"Assemblage &#8211; Reconstituer fid\u00e8lement les donn\u00e9es g\u00e9nomiques"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"intro wp-block-paragraph\">Les performances des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.genoscreen.fr\/fr\/services-genomiques\/sequencage-sanger-ngs\/sequencage-ngs\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"106\"><strong>technologies NGS<\/strong><\/a> reposent en grande partie sur les m\u00e9thodologies et les <strong>capacit\u00e9s bioinformatiques<\/strong> de reconstituer l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des s\u00e9quences vis\u00e9es (<strong>contigs<\/strong> ou <strong>scaffolds<\/strong>) \u00e0 partir d\u2019un tr\u00e8s grand nombre de fragments de <strong>g\u00e9nomes<\/strong> ou <strong>transcriptomes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La premi\u00e8re t\u00e2che est d\u2019ordonner et d\u2019assembler ces fragments d\u2019information en s\u2019appuyant sur des <strong>g\u00e9nomes<\/strong> de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Le but est d\u2019identifier les variations avec le standard, puis, dans un second temps, d\u2019en comprendre le r\u00f4le et l\u2019influence (commentaire, interpr\u00e9tation). Pour cela, <strong>nos bioinformaticiens<\/strong> font appel \u00e0 des <strong>algorithmes<\/strong> sous forme de processus semi automatis\u00e9s. Cela n\u00e9cessite des capacit\u00e9s de calcul et d\u2019analytique consid\u00e9rables, de sorte que la <strong>g\u00e9nomique<\/strong> est aujourd\u2019hui l\u2019un des premiers champs d\u2019application du <strong>calcul haute performance (HPC)<\/strong> et du <strong>Big Data<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outre la puissance de calcul, le stockage des donn\u00e9es constitue un autre enjeu majeur de la <strong>g\u00e9nomique<\/strong>, non seulement en termes de volum\u00e9trie et de performances, mais aussi de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. En effet, les donn\u00e9es sont hautement sensibles et confidentielles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les applications de l&rsquo;assemblage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L\u2019assemblage<\/strong> permet de <strong>reconstituer un g\u00e9nome complet<\/strong> \u00e0 partir des nouvelles techniques de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.genoscreen.fr\/fr\/services-genomiques\/sequencage-sanger-ngs\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"107\"><strong>s\u00e9quen\u00e7age<\/strong><\/a>, soit en s\u2019appuyant sur des <strong>g\u00e9nomes<\/strong> de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, soit dans une d\u00e9marche <em>de novo<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette reconstruction donne une image plus compl\u00e8te et plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9e des <strong>donn\u00e9es g\u00e9nomiques<\/strong>, pour en faciliter l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019offre GenoScreen &#8211; Assemblage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour obtenir les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats, Genoscreen associe les m\u00e9thodes les plus adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque probl\u00e9matique :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L\u2019assemblage<em> de novo<\/em><\/strong>, qui assemble les reads issus du <strong>s\u00e9quen\u00e7age<\/strong> (<strong>g\u00e9nome<\/strong> ou <strong>transcriptome<\/strong>) en <strong>s\u00e9quences<\/strong> plus longues (contigs ou scaffolds) avec l&rsquo;objectif d\u2019obtenir une <strong>s\u00e9quence<\/strong> par <strong>chromosome<\/strong> ou <strong>transcrit<\/strong> unique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le mapping, qui aligne les fragments courts sur une s\u00e9quence de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au format FASTA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nos <strong>m\u00e9thodes d\u2019assemblage<\/strong> reposent sur plusieurs algorithmes utilis\u00e9s par nos \u00e9quipes pour optimiser la longueur des contigs assembl\u00e9s et r\u00e9duire au minimum les <strong>erreurs d\u2019assemblage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019avantage GenoScreen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un taux d\u2019erreur limit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une <strong>m\u00e9thodologie d\u2019assemblage<\/strong> <em>de novo<\/em> exclusive<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-04478499 wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\" style=\"margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:20px\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-elementor-28-fc-130-color has-elementor-primary-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.genoscreen.fr\/services-genomiques\/demander-un-devis-analyse-genomique\" style=\"border-top-left-radius:0px;border-top-right-radius:0px;border-bottom-left-radius:0px;border-bottom-right-radius:0px\">Demander un devis<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les performances des technologies NGS reposent en grande partie sur les m\u00e9thodologies et les capacit\u00e9s bioinformatiques de reconstituer l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des s\u00e9quences vis\u00e9es (contigs ou scaffolds) \u00e0 partir d\u2019un tr\u00e8s grand nombre de fragments de g\u00e9nomes ou transcriptomes.
