Louise-Eva VANDENBORGHT supported her thesis for the degree of doctor of the University of Bordeaux
This Thesis entitled "The study of endogenous and exogenous microbiota in patients with chronic respiratory disease" focuses on her research activities carried out within the UMR 1045, University of Bordeaux and GenoScreen.
The main problematic of this study involves the impact of endogenous and exogenous microbiota on the aggravation of chronic respiratory pathologies (cystic fibrosis and asthma).
An important contribution of this work concerns the optimization of new NGS techniques for the study of respiratory and environmental microbiota and the development of a device for collecting microbial exposure.
