Equipex : grâce au Grand Emprunt National, le réseau de plateformes LIGAN, constitué par Genoscreen et des établissements du PRES Université Lille Nord de France, obtient 8 millions d’euros d’équipements pour accélérer la recherche contre la maladie d’Alzheimer (Genoscreen/Pasteur Lille), le diabète (CNRS UMR 8090)  et certains cancers hématologiques (Lille 2/CHR).

Based on next generation sequencing, the technique* is validated on 160 different libraries, sequenced by Genoscreen.
