Genoscreen develops and performs innovative services activities in genomics for laboratories working on all kind of genomes (human, animal, plants and micro-organisms) :
- sequencing (genes, genomes, metagenomes, transcriptomes, exomes…)
- genotyping (SNP, microsatellites, markers libraries production, micro-organisms typing…)
- bioinformatics (analysis, training, softwares)
Genoscreen also proposes tailored genomic solutions and trainings, and leads research and development programs in partnership with academic research teams.
