Genomes sequencing and resequencing
Genomes sequencing is proposed for all kind of organisms (bacteria, parasites, mold, yeasts, fungi, virus, plants...)
Genoscreen proposes the sequencing of the genomic DNA by pyrosequencing, complemented with the assembling and alignment of the sequences with the extremities similarities. We also can propose genome annotation and statistic analysis.
The proposed method will depend on the context of your study: if some information on the genome are available, you can study your own strains compared to a reference, and identify SNP or rearrangements (lost genes, integrated genes, transposons). If the genomes has not been sequenced yet or if the information are not available, you can create your own reference.
