GenoScreen can do your mycobacterium strains typing with MIRU-VNTR method.
As the method is based on multi-locus analysis of tandem repeat sequence, we offer to work with you on your loci combination or to suggest you one considering your strains and typing issues.
If you wish to outsource your strains typing, send us your extracted DNAs (5 μL à 100 ng/μL) or inactivated cultures, isolated strains on gelose, lysats (50 μL) and we will take care of your DNA extraction.
